Calendar

Saturday October 23 & Sunday, October 24 Drop off work at Anderson Arts Center, 121- 66th Street, Kenosha, WI between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Monday, October 25 Work judged by Janet Roberts.

Friday, October 29 You may call for results at (262) 653-0481 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

October 31, and November 1-2. Pick up work not juried into the Exhibition between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. or by special arrangement with the Anderson Arts Center Curator.

Sunday, November 14 Opening Reception for the Exhibition will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All participating artists are encouraged to attend. Prizes will be awarded at 2:30 p.m. during the reception.

Sunday, January 2 Exhibition concludes. Artists should make arrangements to pick up work between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Works should be picked up promptly to avoid a $1 per piece, per day, storage fee.

Eligibility & Restrictions Work submitted should not have been shown at the Anderson Arts Center before. Work submitted should have been produced within the last three years and executed by artists 18 years or older. Work on paper must be framed and wired for hanging unless otherwise stipulated by the artist. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed. No screws may be used to hang art work. Wall pieces must be limited to 50 pounds per piece. Work on paper should be covered with glass or Plexiglass. Plexiglass is recommended.

The Anderson Arts Center will not be responsible for glass breakage. The Anderson Arts Center reserves the right at all times to exclude any work that presents complex exhibition problems. Please Note: If accepted into the exhibition, all art work must be for sale.

Entry Two works per artist may be submitted. All work must be accompanied by entry labels and entry fee. A $20.00 non-refundable entry fee is required. Make check payable to the Anderson Arts Center. Entry labels If you would like to speed up the submission process, please have a second set of labels filled out on 3x5 index cards. The two sets of labels should contain the exact same information as requested on the Entry Labels contained within this Prospectus. Attach both labels with string to wire on the left hand side back of each piece of art work being submitted. It is important that the labels hang down approximately 4" from the wire. The second label will be used in the jurying process. agreeement Submission of work indicates acceptance of all conditions here set forth. Works are insured while on the premises of the Anderson Arts Center.

Prices must be consistent with work sold elsewhere and may not be changed once a piece has been accepted for exhibition.
